A Kilews nyomatékmérők (torque meter / torque tester) nélkülözhetetlen eszközök minden olyan gyártókörnyezetben, ahol a csavarozási nyomaték pontossága közvetlenül befolyásolja a termék minőségét és megbízhatóságát. Segítségükkel gyorsan és pontosan ellenőrizhető, hogy az elektromos vagy kézi csavarozó szerszámok a beállított nyomatéktartományon belül működnek-e, így időben felismerhetők az elhasználódásból, rossz beállításból vagy nem megfelelő karbantartásból eredő eltérések. A rendszeres nyomatékmérés alapja annak, hogy a csavarozási folyamat megfeleljen a minőségbiztosítási előírásoknak és auditkövetelményeknek.
A nyomatékmérők használata egyszerű: a csavarozó szerszámot a mérőre csatlakoztatva a kijelzőn azonnal leolvasható a tényleges meghúzási nyomaték, sok esetben csúcsérték (peak) és folyamatos kijelzés formájában is. A különböző mérési tartományoknak és adaptereknek köszönhetően egyetlen eszközzel többféle csavarhúzó típus is vizsgálható. A Kilews nyomatékmérők így nemcsak a szerszámok kalibrálását segítik, hanem a csavarozási folyamat hosszú távú stabilitását is támogatják – csökkentve a selejt, az utólagos javítás és a rejtett meghúzási hibák kockázatát.
A nyomatékmérők használata egyszerű: a csavarozó szerszámot a mérőre csatlakoztatva a kijelzőn azonnal leolvasható a tényleges meghúzási nyomaték, sok esetben csúcsérték (peak) és folyamatos kijelzés formájában is.
