A JBC előmelegítők és rework padek kifejezetten nagy hőtömegű, többrétegű vagy érzékeny nyomtatott áramkörök forrasztásához és javításához készültek. Az előmelegítő zónázott, szabályozott hőleadása csökkenti a termikus sokkot, egyenletesebbé teszi a hőeloszlást, és megkönnyíti a BGA, QFN, nagy csatlakozók és egyéb kritikus alkatrészek kiforrasztását és újraültetését. A stabil, alulról érkező hőnek köszönhetően a forrólevegős és pákaoldali hőterhelés is csökkenthető, így kímélhető a PCB és a komponensek élettartama.
