LGV is a hydraulic single-acting swing clamp for action confirmation applications. It is designed for automation lines that need clamp and unclamp verification by air sensing, with compact construction and a single air port arrangement.

The series supports three confirmation options: clamp and unclamp confirmation, clamp confirmation only, or unclamp confirmation only. A speed control valve with air bleeding function can be mounted directly to the product, and the confirmation options share the same outer dimensions.

The clamp first swings, then clamps vertically after the swing motion is completed. During unclamping, the piston rod first moves vertically within the clamp stroke range and then swings back. The air sensor output changes according to the selected confirmation symbol and the operating phase.

LGV is intended for hydraulic single-action use with low-pressure sensing air. The catalog notes thin fixture plate installation guidance and warns to keep the air vent hole clear and to maintain the sensing air supply during use.
