The dosmatix dos piston M 2C is a compact, intelligent 2C piston dispenser designed for shot volumes from 0.1 to 43 ml. With a dispensing speed of up to 20 ml/sec and support for both abrasive and non-abrasive materials, it offers flexible mixing ratios, easy system integration and high dispensing accuracy for potting, encapsulation and bonding of electronic components.

The dosmatix dos piston M 2C is a versatile two-component piston dispenser for demanding industrial dispensing tasks. Covering a shot volume range from 0.1 to 43 ml and achieving dispensing speeds of up to 20 ml/sec*, it is suitable for both abrasive and non-abrasive materials. Thanks to its intelligent system control, the dispenser continuously monitors key process parameters and supports reliable, repeatable dispensing – even in high-volume series production.
With its flexible mixing ratio control, the dos piston M 2C can be precisely adapted to different resin–hardener combinations. The mixing ratio is set via standardised piston diameters and can be fine-tuned via software and motor control, making it easy to optimise the process for each material. Flow-optimised material paths, an optional flushing function and an innovative, maintenance-friendly design help to minimise wear, reduce downtime and keep servicing work to just a few simple steps.
Typical applications for the dos piston M 2C include encapsulation of electronic components, sensor potting and bonding of control units.
