KSL is a Smart Series location clamp for simultaneous locating and clamping. The clamp is released by external force and locked by an internal spring, making it suitable for pallet changeover and setup applications where fast, repeatable positioning is needed.
The catalog highlights low-dust grease for clean environments, locating repeatability of 0.010 mm, and a built-in spring clamping force of about 50 N.
The product is used with a matching block on the workpiece or pallet. The catalog shows datum, cut, and guide block functions for different locating arrangements, including reference locating, one-direction locating, and guide use.
