KépThe EYE+ XTD represents the next generation of Asyril’s intelligent vision technology, developed specifically for flexible feeding applications. Engineered for precision, the XTD model offers a larger field of view, higher detection accuracy, and optimized lighting control, ensuring reliable part recognition even in complex manufacturing environments.

Its built-in AI-assisted algorithms enable faster part validation, orientation detection, and quality inspection. The controller integrates effortlessly with all Asycube platforms and supports major industrial communication protocols, allowing rapid deployment in robotic cells, assembly stations, and high-mix automation systems.

With a reinforced housing, compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act, improved robustness, and industrial-grade connectors, the EYE+ XTD brings reliability and long-term stability to any automation workflow.

Asyril EYE+ XTD is an AI-powered vision and controller system designed for flexible feeding applications. It combines a high-resolution camera, intelligent detection algorithms and a controller to detect, orient and generate pick points for parts on Asycube platforms.

EYE+ XTD is fully compatible with all Asycube flexible feeders, including Asycube 50, 80, 240, 380 and 530. A single system can be configured to work with different Asycube sizes within the same production environment.

EYE+ XTD simplifies setup, reduces integration time and increases overall throughput. It automatically detects parts, evaluates their orientation and generates optimized pick points for the robot, helping to shorten cycle times and increase process stability.

EYE+ XTD uses a 6.3 MP high-resolution camera and extended XTD detection algorithms. These AI-enhanced algorithms analyse the feeding surface, filter out unsuitable parts, determine correct orientation and compute accurate pick coordinates for the robot.

EYE+ XTD offers an extended field of view (up to around 1 m²) and enhanced detection capabilities compared to standard EYE+ variants. This allows the system to cover larger Asycube setups or multiple feeding zones with one vision system.

The controller provides four Gigabit Ethernet ports, including one PoE port for the camera and additional ports for robot, PLC and engineering laptop. Communication typically uses TCP or REST API, and robot-specific plugins such as URCap are available for fast integration.

EYE+ XTD supports a wide range of industrial and collaborative robots, including UR, Fanuc, Yaskawa, KUKA, ABB, Mitsubishi and others. Integration is done via Ethernet, standard protocols and vendor-specific plugins where available.

The controller operates from a 24 VDC (±5%) supply with a maximum current consumption of around 6.5 A. The specified operating temperature range is +5 °C to +40 °C, making it suitable for typical industrial environments.

Yes, EYE+ XTD is configured and monitored through EYE+ Studio, a browser-based graphical user interface. It enables recipe management, part teaching, camera and lighting configuration, and diagnostics directly from a standard PC or laptop.

EYE+ XTD is designed for industrial use and complies with relevant EMC requirements. It is also aligned with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) to support modern industrial cybersecurity expectations.
